Allambie Cottage provides fully self-contained two bedroom accommodation set amidst our Wedgetail Olive Grove.  It offers a peaceful location with great views of the surrounding mountains and rural properties.

The cottage has two bedrooms with queen beds, a set of single bunks and a sofa bed. There are full bathroom and kitchen facilities as well as a wood fire to snuggle beside.  The cottage is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. A TV, video / DVD and stereo are also offered.

Sunsets at Allambie Cottage are one not to be missed, whether it’s enjoyed with one of Mudgee’s great wines or just lounging in the paddock enjoying a barbecue you’ll be sure to be impressed.

Children are welcome with some videos and board-games supplied for amusement. We can also arrange baby-sitting (subject to availability) if required.

Allambie Cottage is located just 11kms from the town of Mudgee, surrounded by local wineries. Mudgee is a town of many pleasures, from small boutique cellar doors to large commercial wineries, art galleries, museums, cafes and restaurants. The local produce is to be experienced to be believed.  We are a stone’s throw from Gulgong (the town of the original Ten Dollar note) once also home to Henry Lawson.  You can enjoy many adventures whilst in Mudgee.   If you are into hiking (Dunn’s Swamp and The Drip), cycling (a great way to get around the wineries) or just relaxing, we can provide you with the satisfaction that you need.
